1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage.
2. How we use them
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. Our authentication provider (Clerk) sets cookies to keep you securely signed in and to protect against fraud. We also use your browser’s local storage to remember your appearance and layout preferences.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service:
- Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic and usage patterns. This data is aggregated and used to improve the product.
- Vercel Analytics provides privacy-friendly usage measurement and does not use cookies to track you across sites.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by the third-party providers described above and in our Privacy Policy. Those providers process the data they collect under their own privacy and cookie policies.
4. Managing your choices
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use your browser’s private/incognito mode. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
